Michael Jaffe moderated and presented at a New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) two-part CLE on the labor law, commonly referred to as the scaffold law, focused on construction worker safety and rights. The course focused on litigation of construction site accidents from commencement through trial with Michael presenting an overview of Labor Law 240(1), 241(6) and 200. Michael is a past President of NYSTLA, co-chair of NYSTLA’s labor law committee, and frequently teaches continuing legal education courses on litigation, labor law, automobile accident litigation and other issues.
