Brett Perlstein is Associate Counsel at Pazer, Epstein, Jaffe & Fein PC and a tenacious advocate for clients affected by negligence and catastrophic injuries. Brett brings over 3 years of legal experience to the firm with a background in tort litigation, commercial, construction, general negligence, and sports and entertainment-related matters.

Brett takes extreme pride in representing the firm’s clients and advocating for their right to adequate recovery. Using a client-centered approach to his practice, Brett establishes a trustworthy relationship with his clients through genuine compassion and support. He always remains responsive and provides consistent updates on major legal milestones. Prioritizing his client’s needs allows Brett to obtain all pertinent information necessary to secure maximum damages in their best interests.

Prior to the firm, Brett gained extensive experience in tort litigation, representing both defense and plaintiff firms, and with intellectual property and entertainment-related legal issues. Specifically, Brett spent time throughout his law school experience working in the music industry, sports industry and with sole practitioners. Brett joined the firm in June 2021 after making the decision to dedicate his career to plaintiff litigation.

Brett graduated with his B.A. in Sports Management from the University of Michigan. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Information Law, and serving as Staff Editor of the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, Volume 36. Brett is licensed to practice in the First Judicial Department of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
